What data we collect

  • Order data: first and last name, email, phone, shipping address, items purchased and amounts.
  • Payment data: collected directly by Stripe on its secure payment page. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type, recorded in the server logs for security reasons.
  • Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

If you open the payment page but do not complete the purchase, we receive the items you chose and any details you have already entered, only so that we can help you complete the order: we never use them for advertising.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • Handling your order, shipping, in-store pick-up, returns and support: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Protecting the website from abuse and fraud: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, newsletters or profiling, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only with those we need to complete your order:

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), for payments: stripe.com/privacy
  • the courier delivering your parcel;
  • the provider hosting this website (Xlogic (xlogic.org));
  • our tax advisor, when necessary.

Some providers, such as Stripe, may transfer data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

  • Orders and tax documents: 10 years, as required by Italian law (Art. 2220 Civil Code).
  • Messages and support requests: as long as needed to reply, at most 24 months.
  • Technical server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to [to be completed].
